Roosevelt Allen

Roosevelt Allen received his B.A. from Delaware State University and his law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School.  He has also served as a State trooper in the Delaware State Police.

Following Law School Roosevelt worked in New York City and Washington D.C. before opening his own law office in Milwaukee, WI where his practice focused on criminal and civil litigation.

In 2009, Roosevelt expanded his Law Firm, opening up in the Chicago Area where he continues to concentrate on personal injury, wrongful death, police brutality, medical malpractice and other areas of civil and criminal litigation. He is licensed in Illinois, Wisconsin, New York and is admitted to practice before state and federal courts. He has extensive trial experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants. He is a member of the American Bar Association.

Roosevelt is passionate about justice and helping the less fortunate. He is no stranger in taking on big Corporations, which his most recent case, which he co-counseled, resulted in a multi-million dollar verdict awarded to the plaintiff.

As a testament to his knowledge and skills Roosevelt continues to have an ongoing relationship with a number of large law firms in the Chicago and Milwaukee Metropolitan areas. As of Counsel to these firms he shares in the litigation and legal expertise on multi-million dollar cases.
